Our mobile coffee cart is available for booking for weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we offer a full-service espresso experience that adds a warm, welcoming touch to any occasion.

How It Works  

• Book your event via the link below.

(Bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.)

• After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details and options for customizations.

• On the day of your event, we’ll arrive with our coffee cart, fully equipped and ready to serve your guests.

Add-On Option

A delicious baked goods menu is available for purchase and can be added to your event package. Treat your guests to fresh pastries, cookies, and more — baked locally and tailored to your event.

Pricing Breakdown

• Base Event Fee Per Every 50 Guests: $500
  (Covers equipment use, materials, and setup)

• Hourly Rate: $20 per hour booked
  (Charged in addition to base fee)

• Baked Goods Menu:
  Optional add-on, priced separately — available upon request

• Travel Surcharge:
  Applies to events located more than 20 miles from our base — additional cost varies by distance and will be included in your confirmation email

Travel Details

We offer service within a 20-mile radius at no extra charge. If your event is beyond that distance, we’ll provide a travel quote during booking confirmation.
